Drip Jacket uses the highest quality materials to manufacture its products, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. However, the following policies will apply if a customer wishes to return or exchange a product under any unforeseen circumstances.
Please ensure you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions. If you disagree with any of the mentioned clauses, we kindly ask you to refrain from purchasing products from our website.

Important Note: To claim a return or exchange, the product must be unused and unworn, retaining its original tags and packaging.

Exchange Policy:
– Exchange requests are not accepted for customized orders.
– Exchange requests are only accepted for Defective/Wrong Size Products
– For an exchange or return, the customer is responsible for bearing the shipping charges both ways. This includes the return shipping cost to send the product back to our warehouse, as well as the shipping cost to deliver the exchanged product from our warehouse to the customer’s location.
– The option of free shipping does not apply to exchanged products.
– Customers should allow 3 to 5 days after sending their product for exchange. Our Quality Assurance team will inspect the product to confirm it is unused, unworn, and free from any damage caused by the customer. Once the QA department is satisfied, the exchange process will proceed. It may take up to 2 to 3 weeks to receive the exchanged product.

Return Policy:
– Returns are applicable only under specific conditions. Drip Jacket is committed to delivering top-quality products, but if there are genuine issues like the ones mentioned below, you may request a return: 
– The delivered product is different from what you ordered.
– The size or measurements of the delivered product differ from what was ordered.
– The delivered product is damaged, defective, or unfit for wear.
– Drip Jacket reserves the right to refuse return, exchange, or refund requests based on the specific situation. To ensure your claim is accepted, please make sure that the reason provided is valid. Drip Jacket does not process return or exchange requests for random or generic reasons.

Return and exchange claims must be raised within 30 days of receiving your order. Any claims made after this period will not be entertained.

We also reserve the right to decline any return, exchange, or refund claims on items that have been damaged by the customer or in rare cases, by external authorities during the shipment process.
