At Drip Jacket, our primary goal is to provide an exceptional customer experience. We are dedicated to promptly addressing any customer concerns that might lead to order cancellations, ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping journey.

To cancel an order, please consider the following conditions:

Orders must be cancelled before they are dispatched. Any cancellation requests made after the order has been dispatched will not be accepted. Between 24 to 48 hours after order is placed. 

Orders cancelled within 24 to 48 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund, including shipping charges. However, if an order is cancelled after 48 hours, only 70% of the product cost will be refunded, along with the full shipping charges. This policy is in place because, at this stage, production has already commenced, and we value the effort invested by our experts.

Orders cancelled after 72 hours are not eligible for a refund of the product cost, although the shipping charges may still be refunded. Additionally, once an order has been dispatched, no refunds will be issued, including shipping charges.

To cancel an order, customers can reach out to our customer support team via email or WhatsApp. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. We appreciate your cooperation and patience during this process.

Cancelling an order after it is dispatched shall have no refund, not even the shipping charges.

If you need to update any details, such as your address or contact number, you can contact customer support within 24 hours of placing the order. There is no need to cancel your order for such changes.
